"I really like that it's a short walk to the beach, but also, being a little bit away from the beach makes it a quiet and relaxing place. The building itself is also very quiet and the residents are all very respectful of each other and as expected in Hawaii everyone is very friendly. I like the koi pond and the wonderfully landscaped grounds that make if feel like my own private estate. But the pool is my absolute favorite feature. I love going to the ocean, but sometimes I just want to float on my back or do some laps and the pool is just right for that."
